Vintage July Birthday Porcelain Angel Figurine Music Box - maybe Lefton

This is a music box, 6” tall does work but turns slowly. Plays the tune “Happy Birthday.” Very good vintage condition , I don’t see or feel any chips or damage , there is a rough spot on the tip of a wing that I can feel , but I don’t see a chip. There are Some initials marked in pen on the bottom. Not sure of maker, but looks similar to Lefton.
