Vintage Juicy Couture USA Peach Rouched Flutter Sleeve Cropped Top Small HOLE

This is a cute vintage made in USA Y2K ruched top with flutter sleeves. The ruching goes up the front of the top. It’s a slightly sheer rayon/cotton material. Definitely more or a cropped style and very “Clueless” inspired. Vintage tags and material is very delicate and needs to be treated carefully (prone to holes). Size is determined by tag so please also see measurements.
