anoojaly Did you really take my $220 and then delete offer up? anyways I’m doing charge disputes and anything over $200 in ny legally can be reported to nypd. So the extra $20 l you requested actually let me file the report for scam and theft. :) both apps already called asking for your usernames and screenshots. If I ever actually get a tracking number and proof of the items I purchased, I will go back to the precinct and withdraw my case.

anoojaly @alyariannna Honestly idk how to proceed bc it shows in offer up youre deleted. So from my perspective I gave $220 to someone and it showed up today as “user not available” with no previous tracking info so obviously I’d think I was scammed. Cash ap called and said you already received payment so it cannot be refunded, which is why I filed with nypd. You already have the money so I wouldn’t get anything for free. The dispute and investigation takes 2 weeks

anoojaly @alyariannna you can refund the $220 and not send the items. The bank wouldn’t reimburse $220, they would just close the case as resolved. But if you don’t send the items over and keep the $220, the case proceeds as theft / scam.

anoojaly @alyariannna you have my address.. Idk why you’re account got deleted or isn’t showing up, but I had to take precautions on my end since it seemed shady. You only had one review on there. The bank and police report both said it’s mandatory for me to give them a tracking number if I ever got one- otherwise I’d be a scammer. So you let me know how to proceed

I went back today and gave the police your poshmark picture, and your phone number, found your online tech school user info, sent them a letter saying you’re a fraud with the receipts. And I’m gonna keep taking your accounts down so you don’t scam other people.

anoojaly @alyariannna oh and I also posted your profile and picture from mer cari and poshmark onto Reddit threads and tiktok for all the seller apps with your name, and screenshots of the convos and to be careful from how you’re a scammer since Y2k is pretty big right now :) it’s getting a lot of upvotes
