Vintage Joy Stevens 70’s Burnt Orange Shimmer Dress

Vintage Joy Stevens of California 70s fit and flare dress with tie waist and v-neck. Stretchy, shimmery nylon in burnt orange. Size tag says 11/12, but fits like a modern 8-10. Small greenish stain on back or right shoulder, not very noticeable and I have not tried to remove it, see photo.
