Just very long lol) - it’s meant to be worn layered over each other as seen in pics 4-6. And then becomes midi length. Size: XS Good for cocktail attire / party / wedding guest etc This is a vintage item and has signs of wear - please see last 2 pics. Mainly in the underarm area / the part of elastic that folds under. The hanging loops pulled on one side and made small hole in one under arm area (which can stay pretty hidden because it can fold with the black elastic when wearing).
