Vintage Jonathon Martin Set - Vest + High Waters

This is a vest and high water set. The vest is plaid and the pants are solid. The pictures make them look a little more purple, but they are more like a classic Barbie pink, only less bright. It says the size is '16' and I don't know if that is women's, child, or petite. I wear a size 00-0 but I cannot even get them on to model them. The waist of the pants measure 28.5 inches.They are wrinkled but in perfect conditions, no tears, stains, and minimal pilling.
