Vintage Bill Miller felted wool round wide brim hat. I think by label it’s from the 80’s Has black netting with Chenille dots, and two big black satin roses in back. It does have a wire rim so you can custom form the hat to your look. It looks like it has never been worn. It’s very clean! Smoke free! Size large 7.5” diameter 4” brim
