Vintage Joanna Ruffled Button Up

Beautiful vintage 1970s–80s Joanena ruffle blouse, made in the USA with an authentic ILGWU union tag. Features a crisp white fabric with dramatic ruffle front, high neckline, and long sleeves with elastic cuffs. Marked size 12 (fits S/M/L) I’m a size S and there’s room. Just depends on how you want it to fit. Made of 100% polyester with a soft drape. Excellent vintage condition with no major flaws, perfect styled with high-waisted jeans, skirts, or layered under a blazer for a chic romantic/Victorian look. One tiny mark on inner sleeve as seen in picture.
