Vintage Jewel Toned Velvet Peplum Top

Amazing vintage velvet top with gold thread. Has thick crossed straps and a zip at the back. Absolutely no stretch. Boned bodice. This thing is so gorgeous, i'm truly very sad to list it. I think if youre short enough it could be a dress but idk how short. Great condition. Does have a layer of tulle (?) so could get itchy.
