Vintage Jessica Howard Dress Size 4P

This dress is so flattering on. It has only been worn a handful of times and is in excellent condition. The dress comes with a belt and is lined. It was purchased in a vintage store in Florida. The dress has glitter detail on the black flowers. Hard to see in the pictures. The shoulders straps have been taken in but could be removed easily.
