Worn in soft feel. Fabric has slight fuzzy / pilling just from normal use and being old . But definitely adds to the aesthetic since it is a vintage piece. One slight pull on back shown in pic. Approximately 32 inches from top of strap to bottom hem . Elastic stretchy high waist .roomy in top and bottom for different body shapes . Slightly sheer fabric. Fun retro tropical print ! Smoke and pet free home . Would say fits like an XS
