Vintage Jeane Scott Tie Waist Pleated Dress, Work, Multi-occassion, S

This is a Vintage 1980/90s Jeane Scott by Margot dress. It is made of a fairly heavy woven fabric, more appropriate for fall or winter wear. Exact fabric content unknown. Size would probably be a modern size S or 4. Waist is adjustable with a tie.  Pleating creates movement and interest. Zip closure. Approximate measurements taken while laying flat: Length: 42" Armpit to armpit: 17" Waist: 14" Hips: 18" This is the ideal LBD for many occasions.  Equally appropriate at work or a church function.
