Not sure about the date but about late 90s Vintage Libra jeans cut off shorts Low rise Labeled size is 13/14 however please check measurements and keep in mind it is low rise so will sit on hips below belly button I wear a 26 in Levi jeans and a 2-4 in Everlane and these fit perfectly but are not my current style Waist flat 14.5” Front rise 8” Zipper from top of waistband to end of zipper about 5” Back rise 11” Inseam 13” Out seam 21” Thigh 10” flat Cuff 8” Slim fit throughout Very good used condition
