Vintage Jaymee Papell Floral Top

This is an absolutely stunning peasant blouse by vintage designer Jaymee Papell. Has a ruffle collar. A black and white floral motif. Polyester. Tassels on top and on drawstring. Lightweight. 3/4 sleeves with elastic on bottom. Small stain on bottom of piece ( see picture). Looks great with jeans. Can also pair with white or black skirts or pants.
