@tracigonzalez Sorry, I confused the skirts. This one does have the elastic band all the way around it, I have another one that has the flat panel in the front and the back center areas and elastic on the sides. The elastic on this one though has lost a lot of it stretch, but if the measurements fit it still hangs nicely.
