Mounted on 26"x30" velvet backing ready to frame. Stunning vintage Japanese textile art jacket, hand-painted on fine silk with traditional Sho Chiku Bai motifs (pine, bamboo, and plum blossom). Likely from the 1950s–70s, this haori-style kimono jacket was professionally framed and is now mounted on black velvet for display. Features beautiful gold detailing and rich red, black, and cream tones. Condition: Not suitable for wear—intended as decorative art. Fraying at sleeve (see photos).
