The bottom contains the mark for the Kozan Kiln (Kozangama) in Gifu Prefecture, Japan, specifically from the Maebata Company. The bottom contains the sticker label for the Otagiri Mercantile Company (OMC), an importer and distributor of Japanese handcrafted porcelain, stoneware, and giftware. OMC items are considered vintage and collectible.
