NWOT. Purchased in 1982 by my father when he went to Japan and he knew I was obsessed with scarves. It was not quite funky enough for my 80s attire so I kept it wrapped in tissue in a box for decades. I am finally letting go of the sentiment and the beautiful scarf! seriouslyviolet @whatageup this is beautiful. I had an elderly cousin whose "first" husband (she had 3 😜) was a war veteran & brought her back so many gorgeous things from Japan. My cousin didn't have children so she left many of these treasures to me including this amazing tea set. I've given away a few of the 8 (yes 8) tea cups that are in the set. I just don't have the ♥️ to part with her things. 😘 Linda
