Vintage Japanese hand painted coasters. Set of 6. 3 1/4 inches across. Beautiful and elegant vintage Japanese hand painted coasters. They're made from a plastic-like material that has been coated in a black lacquer. Each coaster/saucer has a hand painted scene in traditional Japanese style. Each scene is different, and they include island, trees, and boats. See photos for design variation. Since they've been hand painted and lacquered there may be some unevenness in the finish.
