Vintage Japanese Floral Enamel Choker Necklace

Gorgeous red with blue flowers. Gold tone metal. Stamped Japan. Approx 11-14 inches with extender. For reference, my neck is 13 inches. One small chip in the enamel as circled in photos - it’s in the back and I didn’t even notice it until very detailed inspection.
