Vintage Jantzen Uniform Top/jacket 1960's tan white polyester

Vintage Jantzen Uniform Top Poly short sleeve button front top Double knit polyester, button front short sleeve jacket. I’m not sure what this original went with. Either leisure suit or possibly a uniform. Tag says size 10. Fits more like size 6. I’m listing as Sm. Interesting inside (see last pic) small holes but only on seams.
