Vintage Jack Hartley Retro 70s Inspired Bright Floral Dress with Lace & Ribbons fun and retro bright froral 100% cotton print. in black, yellows, orange/red, greens & blues. With 2 black bow ties at the cleavage area and 2" wide black lace around the hemline. Very full skirt, side to side is 50" across. The tag says 13/14. Given that this is a vintage dress, it is more true to a size 6-8 I would say based on the chest and waist measurement. Please refer to all measurements before purchasing.
