Vintage JERSEY 1966 1/4 Shilling - Elizabeth II 3 Lions Battle of Hastings COIN

vintage Coin Jersey 1/4 Shilling coin from 1966.  The coin is made of nickel-brass and was standard circulation currency until it was demonetized in 1971.  The reverse side, shown in the image, features the coat of arms of the Bailiwick of Jersey: a shield with three lions passant guardant.  The text around the shield reads "BAILIWICK OF JERSEY" and "ONE FOURTH OF A SHILLING", with the dates 1066 and 1966 flanking the shield, commemorating the 900th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings.  The obverse features the first crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II Gold-colored 1966 Jersey 1/4 Shilling coin featuring Elizabeth II and three lions.
