Vintage JB Too dress size 18. Features a teal blue-green and white pattern. 3/4 three quarter balloon puff sleeves. Surplice wrap V-neck. Material is shiny and lightweight. Skirt is midi length. Has an asymmetric pleated flap detail at waist. Back of the skirt has a slit. Has shoulder pads. Good used vintage condition with mild wear to the shoulder pads, not visible when wearing the dress. No stains or tears.
