Pit to pit without. Stretch is approximately 19”. The waist from side to side without Stretch is approximately 12 inches but will Stretch an additional 5 inches. The elastic in the waist band is in great shape. The length of the dress is approximately 44 inches. The dress does have shoulder pads. The colors in this dress is very vibrant.
