Vintage Ivy silk blend knit vest.

This is a gorgeous silk blend knit vest. It’s a size small and there is some discoloration. Please refer to the pictures. I’m not sure if this can be fixed. It almost looks like a bleach stain but I don’t think it is. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
