Vintage ivory or cream blouse with intricate frilly high lace collar. Covered buttons up the back and up the sleeves. Cut out lace detail. Really unique and gorgeous. Most likely 70s. No tags, but definitely looks and feels vintage. Possibly handmade. No size tag, see measurements. Probably fits best around size small-medium depending on preferred fit (shown on size 6 manequin). Very good condition, the only flaw is there is a touch of discoloration under the buttons (see photo). Really minor and not visible when worn.
