Vintage Items California Red Striped Dress Size LG Elastic Waist Puff Sleeves Tie belt. The cuffs have elastic, but it's all stretched out. It is not crunchy. You can either wear it as wide sleeves or replace the elastic. The tag says size 12, but today's sizing would be a large (please see measurements). Overall in very good condition. #H-39-119
