Vintage! Beautiful red dress. Feels like silk. Has pretty blue and teal flowers with gold stems. White polka dots with what looks like a red Swiss dot style. Had a belt with faux leather. Pit to pit is 18.5 has some room because is gathers at the elastic waist. Button for. To the waist. Buttons on the sleeves. Has a neck tie that does not come off. Runs small. Size 14 but fits a M-L.
