Vintage Italian Hallmarked Designer Dangling Venetian Art Glass Bead Brooch

I could not find many examples or information on the designer hallmark, except the "ELFE" mark indicates the designer, while the "Italy" stamp confirms the country of origin. Features a curved crown like shape top with rope & ribbon design on the front & 17 cascading braided chains each ending with filigree capped spotted red & a hint of light blue art glass beads.
