Catholic Four-Way Cross medal, made in Italy. These crosses are rich in symbolism and typically include images of four important devotions or saints, all combined into one piece. Front Side: The top appears to show the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The left side likely depicts the Infant of Prague. The right side looks like Our Lady of Lourdes with St. Bernadette kneeling.
