Vintage Italian Florentine Gold Gilt Tissue Box, made in Italy

Listing is for a wonderful vintage Italian Florentine gold gilt wood tissue box Wonderful condition worn in all the right places and the patina old world chic Measurements in pics. This Florentine tissue box holder is made of gold gilt over gesso on wood and decorated with white designs. This tissue holder has been stamped on bottom "Made in Italy". This measures approximately 11" wide and 5.75” across, and 2.5” tall. Note: Loss of gold gesso, minor dings to wood commensurate with age and use. The inside appears as though someone tried to use chalk paint on the interior as minor remnants remain.
