Vintage Issey Miyake Dress Pleated Avant Garde Backless Gray Cotton Hemp M Vintage Issey Miyake dress dates from late 80s to early 90s. Unique, avant-garde Japanese design features shift style sleeveless top attached to a boxy, drapey loosely pleated skirt. The lower back is cut out. Includes original self belts which is removable. The tags are in Japanese but I used Google to translate and included images of the translation for you. Fabric is 60% hemp/40% cotton. Marked as a size medium and is true to that. In very good vintage condition. No rips or holes. There are a few places that have a sort of orangey brown splotches, I pictured one of them. I wouldn’t call it major and it is a little hard to find. I’ll try to get them out. Approximate measurements: 16” shoulder seam to shoulder seam. 18” from pit to pit. 17.5” across waist 36” from shoulder strap to front of skirt and the back of skirt hangs down about 8” more Model is: 120 pounds 34B 5’2”
