Crafted from high quality silk jersey fabric (signed Issa in multiple areas) this top is perfect for adding a dynamic flair to your ensemble. Note: This was the top of a dress which I had tailored. I wanted the option of wearing this separately. Well, I still wear the skirt regularly, but the top no longer fits. I don’t think it’s a huge issue, but there is a zipper on the side that’s needing fixing. I never did it because it never opposed an issue due to the thick straps that wrap around the area. Also, there’s a teeny tiny little hole on the right back sleeve. Its photographed price reflects the above issues.
