Vintage Iridescent Button-up High-waisted Skirt!

This lovely little 90's number is by ExactChange. It is made of this magical iridescent floral fabric that seems to change colors with the light. In person, it is more dark silver than the pictures suggest. The flowers are two-toned blue, though. It's an A-line, high-waisted style with purple buttons down the entire front. States is a Size 7 but I think it would fit a Small or XS. Laying flat: waist 13", length 18". {054}
