Vintage Indiana Glass 13 Inch Christmas Tree Platter & Matching Mikasa Nut Bowl

This is a 13 inch Indiana Glass platter with the Christmas tree etched in. It has a gold rim. From looking it up online, several others say the bowl is Mikasa.
