Vintage I.N. San Francisco Polka Dot Halter Dress with Red Floral Broach

This vintage halter dress is black with lilac polka dots, red trim on the bottom and has a removable red sequin flower clip. Halter style that ties on the back of the neck , attached slip with tulle ruffle, padded top and zips up the back.
