Vintage ILGWU union-made Blue Pearl top dress. This is an absolute stunner! Bright light blue solid color, back hidden metal zipper, sides create almost a pleat which gives the straight style dress movement. The top is embellished with white pearls and beads. Union made. in overall great shape a few marks throughout. no size but my model is a size small and fits close to that. see measurements.
