VINTAGE circa 1974 to 1995 International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union tag - MADE IN THE U.S.A A step back in time! Wonderful plaid pleated long skirt. • Closure side zipper and clip. • No tag for contents but it has "dry clean only, so maybe wool? But feels soft. • Red, black and white. So retro!
