Condition on this dress seems to be unworn. The elastic at the waist has lost its elasticity due to age, but easy to replace if needed. Such a lovely bohemian style flowy dress, the belt gives some shape and flatters any body type. Removable collar and belt. I feel like this dress was made for transitioning styles in the 70's. A little more traditional with the collar, more casual removed. Clasp closure at the chest, zipper at the black for easy on/off. Vintage sizing states 16, fits a large well.
