Cuffs have 2 buttons(non functional). Two snaps at top neckline. Gorgeous Tailoring by Hubert Latimer who went on to design for Dior in 1971. Hubert Latimer started out in California, first with Charles Cooper, then designing for Irene (with label credit) after her death in 1962 until 1971, when he was named the designer for Christian Dior-New York. His first collection for Dior-NY was in May, 1971. No Size or Fabric/Care Tags! Mannequin is a size 4, I would say this is a modern size 6-8.
