Vintage Working Howard Miller 71st Anniversary Mantel Clock Series 630-140 Dual Chime with Original Instructions Beautiful vintage Howard Miller 71st Anniversary mantel clock, Series 630-140. Dated to around 1997 (Howard Miller was founded in 1926). Pre-owned, tested, and in excellent working condition. This finely crafted clock features a rich dark wood case in an oval shape with a flat top, ribbed side panels, and a curved glass front. The clock face is a gold and silver-tone metal with embossed filigree floral and leaf details, complemented by elegant black filigree hands. The dual chime movement offers options for a traditional Westminster chime (on the hour and every 15 minutes) or a 2-tone chime on the hour only. Additional features include adjustable volume, the ability to silence the chime completely, and an 8-hour overnight chime suspension. Clock mechanics were made in Germany, with the case crafted in the USA. It requires 2 C batteries (not included). Original instruction booklet is included.
