Vintage House Keeping Uniform Dress

This is a vintage house keeping type of uniform short sleeve dress. It is a green and white strip. It has a set of nice buttons that go all the way up the front. I see no labels other than the union label. it is about 42 inches wide and 43 inches long. There is some stains on the back shoulder area. Originally thought it was from a coat hanger but the inside looks nice.
