Skirt Measurements: Waist: 13.5” Hip: 19” Length: 18.5” size reference: I wear a size 4 in skirts and this will not fit me. Likely a 0 or 2. Jacket Measurements: Chest (pit to pit flat): 21” Waist: 18” Length: 28” Size reference: I’m 5’4”, 34D and wear size small/size 6 in most tops and this jacket fits me well.
