Vintage Hospital Volunteer Service Pin 5000 Hours Pollock Chgo Looks Gold Plated

This is a vintage Hospital Volunteer Service Pin for 5000 hours! It has a tiny imprint on the back for the JO Pollock Co of Chicago. It looks gold plated with blue enamel. It has an etched crest on the front with a clear stone chip embedded -- possibly a diamond? Size = 3/4"W x 7/8"H. I have a number of other pins with different service hours and stone chips.
