Vintage Homemade Cottagecore Floral Puff Sleeve Sweetheart Neck Tea Length Dress

This is a one of a kind, vintage, homemade dress! It was probably made in the 1980’s. It features puff sleeves, a sweetheart neck, a drop waist, and homemade shoulder pads. The dress has a gorgeous floral print including pheasants or a similar bird. The seamstress who made this dress left a gap between the end of the zipper and the clasp but the zipper works and does not fall down.
