Vintage Heart Pendant marked 925 w/Chain Necklace & Box - diamonds & rubies??

NPC8. Heart pendant (faintly attracts magnet) on gold unmarked chain w/extender (doesn’t attract magnet). Although gold color, pendant back reads 925 & appears to be signed or marked w/an illegible hallmark, assuming makers mark. Assume plated, since gold color. On one side of the heart there are areas that could be diamond chips, along w/small stones that could be Rubies or similar. Can’t guarantee age, origin, materials. Untested. Unsure if box is original, but we’re keeping them together. Wear to finish/plating; scratches, could use a good cleaning. Chain w/extender is esti 10“. Pretty vintage piece. Sold as-is, where is.
