Vintage Healthtex Rainbow Striped Turtleneck Dress

Up for sale is a vintage girls dress by healthtex. Tagged a size 6, runs smaller. Red body with rainbow applique and rainbow striped skirt. Turtleneck and long sleeves. Preowned with a small hole on back of skirt, red color bleeding to applique and in some of the stripes on skirt, and loops for belt were cut off on sides (black material in side). A couple small white marks on sleeve. All over wash wear and pilling. Measurements: 12” across chest lying flat About 22” in length
