This pretty hula dancer wiggles from the waist down. You can affix her to dashboard or use for your next party decor. She is in perfect condition, has a soft rubber like face, hard plastic body and arms, no legs, weight on bottom for stability and for her dance moves, pretty faux floral lei and grass skirt. She has never been used, clean doll, from my smoke free, pet free home in the USA.
