Vintage Hawaii Palm Tree Charm Vintage NOS on Card Silver Plate

Fun vintage silver plate Hawaii souvenir charm is a dimensional palm tree with accompanying tab shaped like the main island of Hawaii, marked Hawaii. There's a mark on back I can't read and I can't find a mark on the tree, but card is marked Silver Plate. Charm measures 1" long including the ring at top. It has light tarnish and the velveteen-covered card has some minor expected wear and light soil and a crossed out spot on back, probably was the price, great vintage condition overall.
